Der iPod Konkurrent Zii Labs bringt demnächst auch ein auf Android basiertes Smartphone auf den Markt und tritt damit auch in direkter Konkurrenz zum iPhone bzw. den vielen andern Android Smartphones.
Das Zii Trinity soll neben einem HDMI Ausgang auch HD Video abspielen können und bietet die sonst gewohnten Features wie GPS, 5 Megapixel + Frontkamera und Wlan, HSDPA. Wann und wo es erscheinen wird und zu welchem Preis ist noch nicht bekannt.
